Q1: What is the difference between a Modular Building and a Portable accommodation unit?
Answer: A modular building is very similar on the exterior to our GRP range of units, but when being linked the modular building creates an open plan area that is as big as you request. The GRP Unit are a specific size i.e. 32'x10' and then are linked by a walkway creating a corridor.

Q6: Who is responsible for the foundations?
Answer: The client is responsible for the site foundations, but for peace of mind you can employ Kyoob Space to prepare the foundations for you.

Q7: What do I do when I no longer require the buildings ?
Answer: All off hire requests shall be made by the client in writing to Kyoob Space Ltd. On receipt of this request the account management team will send an acknowledgement confirming the off hire period and that all arrangements are being made.

Q9: What are the benefits on choosing Kyoob Space's GRP Units as opposed from many other suppliers in the market?
Answer: Our GRP units are manufactured from Glass reinforced plastic making them not only durable but very strong. They have no external jack legs making them ideal when linking them together as they will virtually butt up to one another giving the external appearance of a modular building. Being manufactured in GRP and having UPVC K-Glass windows they have excellent thermal and acoustic values making them ideal for use in noisy sites and also making them warmer in Winter and cooler in Summer than many of our competitors.
