The company was formed in April 2003 to enable the experienced team to develop a unique style of affordable portable buildings into a market place that seemed to be crying out for more than just the standard modular building - quality, durability and the need for an ever increasing demand in having the right corporate image all played a big part in the development of the GRP (fibreglass) range.

Over the last two years the company has been able to successfully establish a range of flexible products to meet exactly what the market wants. Some of the innovative design enhancements have seen the jack leg structured within the composite wall panel, the skirting houses three compartment trunking for greater client flexibility on extra data and power points, standard high quality double glazed windows and varying secure door options.

It was intended from the start to build a sturdy quality asset. As a result of the successful design and introduction of the GRP unit into the market over the last two years has been keen to utilise this new product, particularly because the unit does not need constantly re-painting. The smooth GRP finish always looks fresh and clean, the lack of external jack legs allows linking to be facilitated more easily giving a larger complex more of a modular feel.

Corporate identity has always been key and the team has worked with clients on new ideas - specific vinyl transfers have been used to great effect and generally only outer trims are coloured to client specifics though internal décor can be more tailored.

As the business has grown so has its products. The GRP unit is the top range product - ventures into modular office buildings to tailored requirements have also seen the need for the company to expand the flexible approach into this market.

The Directors, Gino Travaglione (Commercial Director), Peter Wilson, Sales Director and Richard Tankard, Business Development Director pride themselves on the quality of service offered to the market place. This effort has resulted in expanding the client base, high stock utilisation and an ongoing commitment to design enhancements in all its portable buildings and modular office building ranges offered to clients.
